Welcome to CHEM 1121 at SSU!
Chemistry 1121 is an introductory course in basic chemical concepts for non-science majors. Topics include properties of matter, atomic structure, chemical reactions, inorganic nomenclature, stoichiometry, chemical bonding, atomic theory, periodic table, gases, solutions, acid-base chemistry, and nuclear chemistry. Note: You can only receive credit for either CHEM 1121 or CHEM 1141—not both!
